Hi!

Hi, I am J, and over the next - howeverlongittakes - I'll be tracking my battle (it is going to be a battle! I am the most unmotivated person EVER), to get in shape. No, I don't want to lose weight, I am underweight, believe it or not, but I need to build muscle. I've been feeling very weak recently and my bad condition is starting to wear me down.
